Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Real AI UGC, a product by Merl AI. By using the site, creating an account, buying credits, uploading media, or generating content, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Real AI UGC provides tools for AI-assisted creator images, image-to-video generation, uploads, history, last-frame chaining, exports, and credit-based usage. Features may change as models, providers, pricing, and product requirements change.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must provide accurate information and may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.

4. Credits And Billing

Credits are used to run supported workflows on the site. Credits do not expire unless clearly stated otherwise. Export is free. Paid purchases are processed through Stripe.

Prices, credit costs, and model availability may change. Failed generations may be refunded or reversed when the system can verify that the generation did not complete. Abuse, chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations may result in account limits or credit adjustments.

5. User Content

You retain your rights in prompts, uploads, and outputs to the extent permitted by law and provider terms. You grant Merl AI the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, store, debug, and operate the service using your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or generate.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Real AI UGC to create or distribute illegal content, non-consensual sexual content, impersonation or deceptive media, harassment, hateful content, malware, rights-infringing content, or content that violates applicable law or provider policies.

We may remove content, block generations, suspend access, or refuse service when needed to protect users, providers, the product, or the public.

7. AI Outputs

AI outputs can be imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, advertising, selling, or relying on them. Merl AI does not guarantee that outputs are unique, error-free, legally compliant, or fit for a specific purpose.

8. Third-Party Providers

The service depends on third-party providers for authentication, storage, payments, and AI generation. Their availability, rules, limits, and pricing may affect the service. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merl AI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merl AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of Real AI UGC after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
