Real AI UGC is a web product by Merl AI for generating creator images, video clips, uploads, history, exports, and credit-based workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your email address, authentication identifiers, credit balance records, purchase metadata, and product usage events needed to operate the service.

When you use the studio, we may process prompts, uploaded media, generated images, generated videos, project history, export files, and related technical metadata such as file size, format, timestamps, job status, and error logs.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We store payment metadata needed to credit your account, reconcile purchases, handle refunds, prevent abuse, and support subscription or checkout issues.

4. AI Providers

To create outputs, prompts and media may be sent to AI infrastructure providers such as fal.ai and the model providers used through that infrastructure. Those providers process the submitted inputs and outputs so the requested generation can be completed.

Do not upload content you do not have rights to use, sensitive personal information you do not want processed, or content that violates the Terms of Service.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to provide authentication, uploads, generation, history, exports, credits, checkout, abuse prevention, debugging, support, security, product analytics, and service improvements.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand performance, reliability, cost, and feature usage.

6. Storage And Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account, credit, and media data. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so you should keep your email account secure and avoid uploading highly sensitive material.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Real AI UGC, including hosting, authentication, storage, payments, AI generation, analytics, error monitoring, and customer support.

8. Retention

We retain account, credit, transaction, generated media, and history data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate credit records.

9. Your Choices

You can contact us to request help with account data, deletion, privacy questions, or billing records. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
